Hi, I’m Nicole Troster. I know first-hand how easy it is to feel like your business is running you instead of the other way around. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women entrepreneurs step back, breathe, and finally build companies that support the lives they want.
Over the past seven years, I’ve supported hundreds of women entrepreneurs through coaching and as the founder of YSpace ELLA, an award-winning accelerator that’s helped more than 450 women-led ventures since 2020.
